IfL Financial Information
IfL is a not-for-profit organisation and a company limited by guarantee. IfL discloses information as required with Companies House. Although IfL is not a charity we have been working towards charitable status since the summer of 2010, and are working towards disclosing the additional financial information that charities are required to provide.
1. Policies
IfL has in place a framework of accounting and financial controls within which staff, trustees and volunteers of IfL operate to protect accountability of public and other funds and ensure that value for money is achieved.
All policies are regularly reviewed by either the elected Non-Executive Board (NEB) or Audit Committee (a sub committee of NEB) as part of a rolling programme, and as each policy is reviewed and approved by the NEB it will be posted on the website:
Investment Policy Fraud Policy Investigation of Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblowing) Policy - Expenses Policy
- Reserves Policy
- Risk Management Policy
- Anti-bribery Guidelines
- Procurement Policy
