CPD Guidelines

IfL's Five-Year Strategy (2009-14) outlines three main strategic aims, which are to provide:

1. benefits for members
2. enhanced status for teachers and trainers
3. a stronger voice for practitioners to influence policy and practice
   

A major benefit for members is support for continuing professional development (CPD).

Our CPD Guidelines aim to give you an overview of what this means for you as a learning practitioner as well as effective ways of undertaking and recording your CPD.
