REfLECT webfolio resources for teachers and trainers

If you are a teacher, trainer or teacher educator the following webfolios produced by Geoff Rebbeck and IfL Regional Adviser Anne Samson offer inspiration, guidance and examples to support professional development

How can you use the resources?
The resources can be used for your own CPD or can be integrated into staff development and teacher education programmes.

Teachers and Trainers

Getting to grips with using a web-based system that has the characteristics of REfLECT can be quite daunting. Most software we use as teachers is designed to work in a way that captures some aspect of teaching or learning or the administration of the professional relationship between the teacher and learner. Reflective portfolios are different.

Teacher Educators

Teacher Educators have a great influence on their trainees and are often the people trainees turn to when they have questions about Professional Formation, A/QTLS etc. Knowing how REfLECT works and how it can be embedded into Teacher Training/Education can help make the transition from trainee to professional more streamlined and not appear to be 'another hurdle' the new teacher has to go through.
