As your professional body, IfL is committed to supporting continuing professional development (CPD) as an integral part of your professionalism. Here we answer members’ frequently asked questions about CPD in our quick guide.
This a guide for teachers, trainers and leaders based on research with over 5,000 IfL members. The report was produced jointly with the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS), the sector body that supports the development of an excellent and sustainable further education (FE) provision.
Annual Reviews of CPD
