Equality and diversity are at the heart of what we do, as an employer and as a membership body.
IfL's Single Equality Strategy describes how we intend to ensure that we meet our legal duties and aspirations for equality by bringing together a range of measures and actions taken to date into one strategy. The Strategy will be reviewed annually.
