- How do I access the online Insurance system?

- What is Professional Indemnity Insurance?
Professional Indemnity covers you for any advice you give whilst teaching, training or offering consultancy services. This is recommended if you are a trainer, lecturer or consultant.
- What limit of indemnity should I go for?
We cannot advise on what limit of indemnity you should choose, it would depend on the size of the contracts you are going to be doing and who for.
- What is my Profession / Sub Profession?
At the present time the Profession category you fall into Training and your Sub‐Profession is either Training Provider or Training Consultant, depending on whether your main business is teaching or consultancy.
- Why won’t the system allow me to delete Office Contents, Business Interruption, Employers Liability and Directors & Officers Liability Insurance?
The above are all standard benefits within the Business Combined section, you are not charged extra for them, so they cannot be removed.
- What does each insurance cover provide?
If you select the green icon with a white ‘I’ in, it will bring a description of that insurance.
- Why will it only allow me to input one persons name for Personal Accident/Sickness?
Only one person can have Personal Accident per policy, if more than one person requires Personal Accident you would need to set up another policy per person, please note after you have saved the quote for the other Personal Accident policies you will need to contact us as the premium may need amending.
- What happens if the system will not accept my postcode?
Please make sure that you are outing a space between the first and second part of your postcode.
- Am I a ‘New Customer’ or a ‘Returning Customer’?
As you have not yet set up a policy online you are a new customer so you need to complete the ‘New Customer’ section.
- How can I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card.
- How do I get my documentation?
Once you have paid for your policy, it will say ‘you can download your documents here’, select where it says here and it will download your documents.
