The NATECLA national conference and exhibition

The annual conference of the National Association for Teaching English and Community Languages to Adults (NATECLA) will include 40 workshops covering a wide range of practical and theoretical themes appropriate for all sector roles for both new and experienced education staff. Chances for networking and updates on the latest developments and fringe events will be readily available.

There will be options to participate in Voice of the Conference discussions, visit the resources exhibition and attend a performance by Actors for Human Rights, the outreach arm of IceandFire who perform documentary scripts which explore human rights stories through performance.

Celia Roberts, Professor of Linguistics at Kings College London, will deliver the keynote address, Language Migration and the Gatekeepers, on Friday evening.

Attendance at NATECLA conferences can count towards your continuing professional development (CPD).
