Throughout the year we have given focus to the priorities identified by our members for the profession, and have reviewed our work under these priority areas of:

  1. Promoting benefits that are supporting professional excellence, through continuing professional development

  2. Increasing the status of teachers and trainers

  3. Giving members an influential voice on policy.

The review also looks forward, outlining the services and support IfL will offer each member in the year ahead.
