Consultations: take part and influence the national agenda

You can influence national policy and decision-making by sharing your views through consultations undertaken by IfL, other key sector organisations and the government. The collective voice of IfL members can shape the FE and skills landscape.

IfL research and publications

IfL’s research and publications aim to support your continuing professional development (CPD) and inform your teaching or training practice by bringing together the opinions and experiences of IfL members on a range of topics.

Sector research and publications

Organisations from across the diversity of the sector often publish reports on a variety of research topics, from factors affecting the FE and skills workforce or the teaching of a specific subject, to the key issues influencing learning in the various areas of the sector. We bring together some of the latest research here.

Policy and parliamentary updates
